Final Demand is a legal technology platform that helps Louisiana consumers and small businesses draft professional demand letters. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice or representation. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information across our website, the Free Recovery Roadmap tool, the demand letter questionnaire, and any marketing emails we send.

We collect the information you choose to provide while using our tools, including:

• Recovery Roadmap details. When you use the Free Recovery Roadmap, we collect your email address along with the answers you give — your dispute type, the state involved, the approximate amount at stake, whether you've contacted the other party, whether you have written evidence, and whether you can identify the other party.
• Demand letter information. When you complete the questionnaire to draft a letter, we collect the details you enter about your dispute and the parties involved so we can generate your letter and supporting documents.
• Payment information. When you purchase a letter package, payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly.
• Marketing preferences. We record whether you opted in to receive updates, tips, and resources from us.

• To generate your Recovery Roadmap, demand letter, and supporting documents.
• To email you a copy of your roadmap or package and respond to your requests.
• To process payments and unlock the materials you purchase.
• To send you marketing emails — updates, tips, and resources — only if you opted in. We use the dispute details you shared to make these emails relevant.
• To operate, secure, and improve our platform.

The marketing opt-in on the Recovery Roadmap is entirely optional — you receive your full roadmap whether or not you opt in. If you do opt in, we may send you occasional emails with updates, tips, and resources from Final Demand.

Every marketing email includes a clear way to unsubscribe, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly. You can also email us at any time to be removed from our marketing list. We do not sell your email address or your dispute details to third parties.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the platform — for example, Stripe for payment processing, our email delivery provider for sending your roadmap and any marketing emails, and AI providers used to help draft letter text. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to deliver our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your information, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of marketing communications. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Our platform is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes may be communicated by email or through the platform.
